Fennelly’s Jerry Fennelly, SIOR  represented the owner, Nexus Properties in the transactions with LS Solutions for 4,100 square feet, Techfields Pharma for 2,850 square feet, and Princeton Lifestyle Medicine for 2,600 square feet.

Princeton Plaza is a Four building, 175,000-square-foot office, medical, technology complex located just off Route 1 in Princeton, N.J. Princeton Plaza is only one mile from Princeton University and is surrounded by ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options and is walkable to the Princeton Junction Train Station. The complex features distinctive black and glass exteriors, modern lobbies and is surrounded by two tranquil ponds with meticulous landscaping to provide tenants with the ideal combination of accessibility, visibility, and modernity. Fennelly has been the exclusive leasing agent for the property since 2020 and has helped to negotiate over 9,550 square feet of leases since that time.
