Hamilton, N.J. (October 26, 2022) – Fennelly announces it has negotiated 28,981 square feet of office leases in the third quarter of 2022.
The firm’s continued success in navigating one of the most challenging office markets in recent memory stems from the experience-backed counsel and local market data provided to tenants and landlords by its brokerage team of Jerry Fennelly, SIOR, Matthew Fennelly and Patrick Dintrone.
Highlighting its recent leasing success was the firm’s representation of Genisis Properties in a lease renewal with Colliers Engineering for 8,900 square feet at 100 Waterview Drive in Hamilton, N.J. Showcasing the firm’s continued success in office tenant representation was its negotiation of leases on behalf of Atlas Systems for 4,053 square feet at Two Tower Center in East Brunswick, N.J., Hamilton & Co. for 3,416 square feet at 600 College Road in Princeton, N.J. as well as a 4,100-square-foot renewal and expansion for Apex Pharma at 2650 Route 130 in Cranbury, N.J.
