Bordentown, N.J. (February 24, 2022) –Fennelly announces it has negotiated the sale of a 6,400-square-foot auto repair building at 3321 Route 206 in Bordentown, N.J. for $2.175 million. Fennelly’s Jerry Fennelly, SIOR, and Matt Fennelly represented the seller, Jeff’s Tire and Auto, in the transaction with American Tire & Auto Care.
Since 2009, Jeff’s Tire and Auto has offered a wide range of general automotive repair services to customers from Bordentown, N.J., and the surrounding communities of White Horse, N.J. and Mansfield, N.J. However, the company’s owners decided to exit the automotive repair business and sought to sell its facility at 3321 Route 206.
Boasting 279’ of frontage on Route 206, 20’clear ceilings and five 10’x18’ bays with overhead doors and built 15 years ago, the building was ideally suited to continued usage as an automotive repair facility. Recognizing the strong potential, Fennelly’s marketing targeted similar businesses hoping to expand in the area. Through their marketing of the space, the Fennelly team was able to identify American Tire & Auto Care as the ideal buyer for the property. With seven locations across northern and central New Jersey, 3321 Route 206 will enable the company to expand into the Bordentown area and further grow their customer base.
