Fennelly Associates announces it has negotiated a combined 16,675 square feet of retail leases at The Shops at Old York Village located at 90-105 Saddle Way in Chesterfield, N.J. Fennelly Associates’ President, Jerry Fennelly, SIOR, and Corporate Real Estate Specialist, Patrick Dintrone, SIOR, represented the landlord across the transactions.
Highlighting the leasing activity is a 6,000-square-foot lease with Fundaes Arcade, an interactive arcade featuring the latest games paired with ice cream and confectionary treats; a 3,300-square-foot lease with Mikey’s Bagels, a cafe specializing in New York-style bagels; a 2,500-square-foot-lease with Gervasio’s Italian Family Restaurant, a local restaurant with over 50 years of tradition and long-standing family recipes; a 2,500-square-foot lease with Monroe Dental Group, a patient-centered dental care provider; and a 2,375-square-foot lease with RPM Dance, a dance studio devoted to teaching the revolutionary principles of movement.
