Fennelly Associates announces it has been named by Howco Management as the exclusive brokerage firm for 480 Lalor Street in Trenton, N.J. Fennelly Associates’ President, Jerry Fennelly, SIOR, and Corporate Real Estate Specialist, Matthew Fennelly, will handle marketing and lease-up for the property.
Located on the southern edge of Trenton, 480 Lalor Street is a 27,362-square-foot industrial building featuring 12’ clear ceilings, one loading dock, a 10’x12’ chemical storage room, 900-amp power and a gated parking lot with direct access to Route 29. It is also located within an Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) and boasts proximity to Routes 1 and 29, Interstate 195 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Fennelly Associates’ selection as the exclusive brokerage firm for 480 Lalor Street is the continuation of a two-year relationship between the firm and Howco Management. In November 2022, Fennelly Associates sold 480 Lalor Street to Howco Management in a transaction with the previous owner, Switlik Survival Products, Inc., for $1.8M. In addition, Fennelly Associates also sold Whitehorse Executive Center, a 72,000-square-foot medical office complex in Hamilton, N.J. to Howco Management in June 2022.
