Fennelly Associates has helped Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton, complete multiple real estate transactions for more than a decade. As the charitable organization sought to consolidate three locations into two, it once again looked to Fennelly Associates’ extensive local relationships to identify space options that would fit the organization’s immediate and foreseeable needs. Fennelly Associates leveraged their local market expertise and strong understanding of the client’s real estate needs to secure spaces that would enable Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton, to continue to serve those in need within the local community.
“One of the joys of working in the commercial real estate industry is utilizing our skillset to help organizations that make tremendous impacts in our local communities,” said Fennelly. “Considering their work has and will continue to help so many individuals and families, it’s our pleasure to provide the services needed to help Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton, consolidate their spaces here in Hamilton. We wish them the best of luck and success in their new spaces.”
