Fennelly Associates announces that Patrick Dintrone has earned his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) designation.

​​Founded in 1941, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® is a leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. With 3,700 members in 45 countries, the SIOR designation represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced and successful real estate brokerage specialists. To achieve the SIOR designation, Dintrone was required to demonstrate his deep experience in closing deals with a focus on professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity while completing stringent education requirements. Dintrone joins Fennelly Associates President Jerry Fennelly, SIOR, as a member of the prestigious real estate association.

Joining Fennelly Associates as an intern in 2011, Dintrone worked closely with the firm’s sales team until obtaining his own real estate specialist’s license in both N.J. and Pa. in 2012. Since acquiring his license, Dintrone has specialized in the industrial, office and medical markets and has grown into one of the most trusted commercial real estate brokers in the central N.J. real estate market.

Placing a deep emphasis on customer service and client satisfaction, Dintrone has closed 400 transactions since 2011. Dintrone’s ability to provide clients with the real estate services needed to navigate increasingly complex transactions is exemplified by his work in 2022 to negotiate the $40,250,000 sale of a vacant 60-acre manufacturing site at 85 Main Street in Spotswood, N.J. Realizing the strong demand for industrial redevelopment sites along the New Jersey Turnpike, Dintrone and his team’s comprehensive marketing strategy highlighted the property’s redevelopment potential to secure secured a buyer who planned to reinvent the site through the construction of a Class-A industrial building.

In addition to his work at 85 Main Street, Dintrone’s career highlights include the negotiation of the $5.6M sale of a 57,000-square-foot flex building at 68 Culver Road in Monmouth Junction, N.J.; the 47,000-square-foot sale of medical lab and office space to Metrohm USA, Inc., at 313 Enterprise Drive in Plainsboro, N.J.; the sale of the S.T. Peterson Portfolio which a160,000-square-foot office and warehouse portfolio across central N.J.; and a 17,000-square-foot lease to Catholic Charities USA at two locations in Hamilton, N.J.
