Fennelly Associates President, Jerry Fennelly, SIOR, and Matthew Fennelly, Corporate Real Estate Specialist, represented the landlord, Ramsena Holding, LLC, in the transaction with the tenant, The Speech Tree, who was represented by Mark Fowler of Newmark.

Through their efforts, the firm secured a tenant within 40 days of listing the space.
