Fennelly Associates announces it has negotiated a 1,250-square-foot retail lease at Briarwood Shopping Village located at 2450-2452 Kuser Road in Hamilton Township, N.J., to bring the property to full occupancy. Fennelly Associates’ President Jerry Fennelly, SIOR, and Patrick Dintrone, SIOR, represented the owner, Briarwood Equities, LLC, in the transaction with the tenant, Big Ray’s Steaks, Subs and Wings.
Previously located in Florence, N.J., Big Ray’s Steaks, Subs and Wings is an American restaurant with a wide variety of hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, salads, gyros, wings, burgers, pizza and more. The business provides customers with dine-in, take-out and delivery options as well as corporate catering services.
Located at the intersection of Kuser Road and Yardville Hamilton Square Road in the heart of Hamilton Township, Briarwood Shopping Village is a 25,000-square-foot retail shopping center that is home to a variety of tenants including Nail Studios 609, Padrino’s Italian Bistro and Pizzeria and Hamilton United Martial Arts Academy. The property is situated just off Interstate 195 at Exit 3B and boasts close proximity to Interstates 95, 129 and 295. In addition, Briarwood Shopping Village features 175 on-site surface parking spaces as well as prominent monument and façade signage.
