Fennelly Associates announces that Broker/Salesperson Matthew Fennelly has received his New Jersey Real Estate Broker’s License.
Matthew joined Fennelly Associates in 2015 as Commercial Real Estate Advisor and has played a pivotal role in guiding the firm’s clients through every step of the commercial real estate lease, purchase and sale process. Since 2015, Matthew has closed over 450 transactions with an annual value of over $20 million across the office, industrial and medical sectors in the greater central New Jersey area. With his license, Matthew will continue to provide the firm’s clients with strategic guidance and tailored commercial real estate solutions.

Matthew graduated from Syracuse University in May 2014 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film. Following his undergraduate studies, Matthew attended the Rutgers University School of Business and received his Mini-MBA in Social Media Marketing. He is also currently a member of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce.
